Our Mission

Since All My Friends Childcare was first established back in July 2006, our mission has remained the same: To consistently offer a service which parents feel confident to trust to provide everything their child needs when they cannot be there to do so themselves.
To keep us focused on achieving this mission every day, we have three core values which underpin everything we do:

We are a Learning culture
We are all about Friendship and Community
We have a culture of Respect – for each other and our environment
We are a Learning culture
We are all about Friendship and Community
We have a culture of Respect – for each other and our environment

1. Learning culture

Everyone is encouraged and supported to develop to their full potential and become the best they can be: children, staff and the children’s families.

This core value encompasses our activity programme (our intent, how we implement it, and how we evaluate its success with the children and their families), our care routines, staff training and development, role descriptions, supervisions and appraisals.

2. Friendship and Community

The All My Friends Nursery is a welcoming place of friendship. It is a vibrant, collaborative, happy place for those who work and play there.

Children, their families and our staff will all find empathy and support.

3. Culture of Respect

We always aim to be kind, open and respectful in our approach to all the children and adults in our Nursery, and have high expectations of reciprocal treatment.

We have a pragmatic approach to making the best of the resources we have for the benefit of the children and their families, and expect practitioners to model this respect and help the children to learn how to and the importance of caring for their environment.

"Ultimately, our aim is to operate a thriving, authentic, sustainable childcare business for the benefit of all who attend and make their living here, and we believe that keeping our core values at the heart of everything we do will enable us to achieve these objectives."

Meet The Team

Equal Opportunities

Everyone who comes into contact with All My Friends Childcare is valued as an individual and respected for his/her differing racial origins, religion, culture, language and abilities.

We celebrate the differences and encourage the children to value other people on equal terms. Our equipment and resources reflect our multi-cultural society in a positive manner. We also encourage children of both genders to participate in all types of activity we offer.

Careers at All My Friends

We are always interested in talking to caring, qualified, early years practitioners and play workers who are looking for rewarding roles in a forward-thinking organisation.

We are committed to safeguarding young people and operate safer recruitment practices to ensure that everyone working with the children in our care is safe and qualified to do so.

To be considered for employment, you will need an enhanced DBS clearance and to supply the contact details for two referees. If you would like to learn more, please email us on enquiries@ allmyfriendschildcare.co.uk and one of the team will be in touch.

We look forward to hearing from you!
